Application guidelines for the 2018 academic year

* Subjects who qualify as being from within the prefecture are as follows.

Those falling under any of the following as of December 1, 2017 for primary applications and as of February 1, 2018 for secondary applications:

  • A person who has continually had a residential address for a year or longer within the Hiroshima Prefecture (this will require submission of a “Certificate of Items Stated in Resident Register”)
  • A person who has worked for a year or longer continuously in a workplace whose head office is located in the Hiroshima Prefecture (this will require submission of a certificate from your employer)
  • A person who has worked for a year or longer in a workplace located in the Hiroshima Prefecture (this will require submission of a certificate from your employer)
